As you prepare for this guided meditation in the Sacred Feminine, create a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe gently into yourself until your mind and body quiet down. Become aware of your heart and breathe. Just breathe until your mind and body become still.

Enter into the space of your being. You are more space than you are active energy. Allow yourself to become aware of the space.

Open your heart to any moment you have felt love, and allow yourself to be aware of that love permeating the space of you.

Allow your mind to take you to the concerns you have in your life right now. Do not try to grasp or hold on to any thought. Simply let them rise to the surface. Notice if a theme behind these concerns becomes apparent. If it does, simply be aware of this theme playing out in your life.

waterfall-620313_640Continue breathing. Visualize or sense yourself standing on the edge of a steadily moving stream. Walk into this stream and feel the water calling forth your life force. See or sense the concerns you have been carrying ooze out of your pours and into the moving water. Watch the concerns break up and dissolve in the water until they are gone.

Then lie down in the stream and, without any effort on your part, let it carry you to your next destination. Enjoy the ride, as you trust in the great flow of life that carries you deeper into love, joy and freedom.

Breathe deeply, exhaling through your mouth. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Gently open your eyes. Live in trust.
