Guided Meditation in the Sacred Feminine

By Mother Misa
Mary Magdalene provides us with a truly beautiful way to think about hope, that takes us out of longing and into the blessing it can bring. Here is how she describes it:

Hope is found when you surrender to God’s love for you. When immersed in this love, worries and doubts leave you. This creates an opening through which God’s will is made known to you. In this love, struggle ends…

Holding Guided Meditation for Hope

Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe gently into yourself until your mind and body quiet down. Become aware of your heart and breathe. Focus on the space between each breath until your mind and body become still and your heart and mind open. Remember any moment in which you felt any kind of love. Let the space and love become one inside you and anchor this awareness in your energetic womb.

Bring your attention to a moment of hope that someone helped you fulfill. Feel the joy and happiness as your deepest desire comes true because another has given you just what you need.

Then reflect upon a moment when you helped someone fulfill one of their deepest desires. Feel the exhilaration as they experience the joy of their hope brought to its fruition.

Now open your heart to the love the Divine has for you. Feel the pulse of Divine love flowing through and around you. Notice how Divine desire experiences fulfillment through you. Feel the field around you that emanates from your core. This field calls to it what it most desires. Your fulfillment and Divine fulfillment are one in the same.

Notice how this feeling uplifts you into a state of pure and trusting anticipatory hope.

When you feel full, breathe deeply, exhaling through your mouth, bringing yourself into the awareness of this moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Gently open your eyes. Live from the hope that you are.
