Create a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Allow yourself to consider what you want guidance about. Then let that thought go as you focus on your beautiful breath.
Breathe gently into yourself until your mind and body quiet down. Open yourself to any memory of love you have experienced and breathe. Just breathe until your mind and body become still and you are filled with love.
With every exhale, give away your worries and concerns. With every inhale, breathe in the sweetness of life. Allow yourself to pause in between each exhale and inhale. Become aware of the space between your breaths.
In the pauses, the rests between your breaths, you find stillness. Allow the pauses to expand little by little. The stillness will become more present. In the stillness, intuitive awareness exists, but you will not need to chase it. Rather, stay focused on the stillness. Let your guidance emerge out of the stillness.
Once you have received an insight, trust it as Divine, even if you do not yet understand it. Let it become the symbol or wisdom that unravels the mystery.
When you are ready, breathe deeply, exhaling through your mouth. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Gently open your eyes. Live in you intuition.
