Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe gently into yourself until your mind and body quiet down. Become aware of your heart and breathe. Just breathe until your mind and body become still.
Allow yourself to become aware of a question you have or an area in your life in which you need guidance. Breathe with the question until you feel calm and are not attached to an answer or sense of direction. Call your mind and body to a place of quiet in the dark, still primordial womb of all life. When your mind has become quiet and you know you are not attached, allow the question to rise to the surface again. Breathe and feel inside your body. Consider an option and let your body respond. Consider another and notice how your body responds. Consider yet a third option and notice your body’s physical reaction. Recognize that positive or neutral reaction is usually the better course. Give thanks for your realization.
