Create a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe gently into yourself, focusing on the space between your breaths or thoughts until your mind and body quiet down.
Become aware of what happens in your body when you think about having all the energy you want. If your body tenses, breathe gently into the tension. If your body is pleased, breathe into the pleasure. Stay with these energies until you can feel a soft pulse flowing through you.
Notice how between each pulse there is a place of rest or space between each pulse. The balance of the movement of the pulse in tandem with space is what gives you energy to sustain. When you are aware of this you are complete.
Breathe deeply, exhaling through your mouth. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Gently open your eyes. Live in the energy of the Divine.
