Guided Meditation for Emerging In the Wonder and Beauty of You!
Spring is such beautiful season isn’t it…reminding us about the wonder of our own emergence?
As we watch the flowers and baby trees push through the soil, what a perfect time to remember how we are each opening and budding – emerging from the dark womb that nurtures us into the brilliant light of our own self-awareness.
Each of us is a unique and beautiful expression of life that deserves to be seen and enjoyed! —Mother Misa
Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe gently into yourself until your mind and body quiet down. Become aware of your heart and breathe. Just breathe until your mind and body become still and your heart and mind open.
Settle into the cool, slow, and gentle darkness of your energetic womb. This womb is connected to the womb of all life, from which all our dreams are born.
Become aware of your hopes and dreams. Allow them to pass through you, loving them, until one of them rises to the surface as most needing your attention in this moment. Become aware of the great longing that accompanies this desire.
If there is any resistance to your dream, be in compassion with the resistance. Simply notice and hold each challenge in the depths of your compassion and understanding. Hold each one, until each challenge softens and dissipates. Then, be still and notice.
Your dream has a life of its own and notice it fulfilling itself, emerging through you to become its own full expression. Allow it to emerge in its own time and way into the light – to be fully expressed, seen and enjoyed.
When you feel full, breathe deeply, exhaling through your mouth, bringing yourself into the awareness of this moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Gently open your eyes. Live in the wonder, beauty and emergence of you.
As you finish this Guided Meditation in the Sacred Feminine, allow yourself to notice the wonder is emerging from you?
