All payments are due to Sacred Feminine Awakening, in full, 21 days prior to the official starting date of the retreat or event for which you are registered.
Cancellations
Cancellation by the participant
The cancellation deadline for this retreat is 15 days prior to the starting date of the retreat/event. I also understand and agree that all monies and fees, which I paid toward the retreat/event (except the US $35.00 non-refundable deposit), will be refunded upon request if that request is received in writing 15 days prior to the scheduled original starting date of the retreat/event. Without this written request these monies and fees may not be fully refunded due to cancellation fees incurred by Sacred Feminine Awakening as a result of last minute cancellations.
Cancellation by Sacred Feminine Awakening
If, for any reason, the retreat/event is cancelled by Sacred Feminine Awakening all fees will be returned (including the deposit). However, Sacred Feminine Awakening does not accept nor assume any responsibility for charges incurred for flight, loss of luggage, room accommodation, or any other loss whether financial or otherwise incurred by said cancellation.
Refunds
Non-Refundable Deposit
Thirty-five dollars (US $35.00) of whatever deposits or payments made, whether designated toward the reservation space on this retreat/event, paid as a deposit, as partial payment or as payment-in-full of the fees charged for the event/retreat you have registered for is non-refundable. However, I also understand that under certain circumstances, this amount may be applied to a future event or other services.
There will be NO REFUND given for cancellations later then 15 days prior to the start of the trip.
